Why Learning Age?

Roles offered by Learning Age

Academic Coordinators
Academic Coordinators design and manage the programs offered by Learning Age (Curricular, Extra Curricular)
Centre Managers
Centre managers are in charge of the respective centers. They have complete autonomy to manage the centre and are the administrative head. They are responsible for all communication with parents.
Junior Teachers
Junior teachers have a minimum of two years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care. They are NTT/ Montessori trained with hands on experience in managing children in the age range of 6 months to 12 Years
Interns
Interns are freshers with less than two years of experience. They have hands on experience of working with young children
Daycare Providers
Daycare providers are individuals who care for infants and toddlers. They are trained in managing young children and cater to the child’s well being and takes care of all – care and learning activities
Helpers
Helpers are the lifeline of Learning Age

Trainings Offered by Learning Age

Learning Age believes in keeping it simple. We expect all our staff to know and deliver the bare minimal first. Everything that is fundamental needs to be looked into, addressed and done right. Our trainings are based on this aspect, may be curricular, process orientation, theories on child development, etc.
